Abstract

Climate Change & Environment
Climate changes are very important for future generation and likely to change in different effects by seeing present scenarios. Climate change is a continuous process by nature, human activities, global warming and so on. There are events like tropical cyclones to become more intense, heat waves, sea level rise. The increasing sea and river water temperature may likely to have heavy precipitation, decrease the food productivity, fish breeding and so on. This presentation would cover about the causes of climate change, driver, need for mitigation and adaptation. Also includes NIOT observation which helps towards the better models. Climate change is a reality with magic number of sea level rise, sea water temperature which cannot be ruled out. The research may help to minimize the negative impact.
